Through our Internship Program
At Copias DataTech Solutions OPC (CDTS), we recognize that developing future technology professionals requires more than classroom instruction—it requires meaningful industry exposure, mentorship, and practical experience.
CDTS remains committed to supporting academic institutions in providing students with opportunities to bridge the gap between theory and practice. By working alongside industry practitioners, students gain firsthand exposure to real-world work environments, professional collaboration, and technology-driven projects that complement their academic learning.
This year, CDTS welcomed a group of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) students who embarked on an internship journey designed to help them develop both technical and professional competencies. Throughout the program, the interns were exposed to actual business processes, technology projects, workplace communication, and collaborative problem-solving experiences that reflect the demands of today's digital workforce.
Beyond Technical Learning
The internship experience emphasized professional growth, accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning—qualities that are equally important in preparing students for successful careers in the technology industry.
To mark the completion of the program, CDTS recently hosted a simple recognition and fellowship gathering attended by company representatives and interns. During the event, Certificates of Completion were awarded in recognition of the interns' dedication, commitment, and accomplishments throughout their internship experience. The gathering also provided an opportunity for meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing, and reflection on the lessons learned during their time with the company.
As a Growing Technology Organization
CDTS believes that investing in students today contributes to building a stronger and more capable technology workforce for the future. Industry-academe partnerships play a vital role in helping students gain practical insights, strengthen their skills, and better understand the expectations of the professional environment before entering the workforce.
We remain grateful to our academic partners for their trust and collaboration in developing future IT professionals. More importantly, we commend our interns for their enthusiasm, resilience, and willingness to learn throughout the program.
Our Commitment

At CDTS, our commitment to supporting education and talent development continues. We look forward to providing more opportunities that empower students, encourage innovation, and help shape the next generation of technology professionals.
